David received his Texas Real Estate Salesman License in 1982 and his Broker’s license in 1984. He received his e-Pro Certification in 2004 and his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) accreditation in 2006. He started his own real estate business in 1984, and changed the name to First Realty of Kerrville in 1999. David has a BS, BA, and an MS degree. David has participated in hundreds of transactions including residential, commercial, lots and investment properties. David has served on several community Boards and Committees including the Kerrville Board of Realtors, the Hill Country Arts Foundation, and City of Kerrville Planning and Zoning Committee. David has lived in Kerrville since 1979, is married and has 4-children.

Carol worked in the medical field as a nurse for numerous years before obtaining her real estate license and joining her husband at First Realty. Carol specializes in listing and selling residential property but can assist in new construction, lots and multi-family dwellings.

In 2006 she completed GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and in 2007 she completed an e-Pro designation. Carol is active in the Episcopal church and serves on two committees for the Board of Realtors

“THE BRUTON TEAM” received their Salesman license in 2002 and Brandon received his Brokers license in 2006. Both are currently working on their GRI certification and should be completed in 2007. Before real estate, Brandon was part owner of an oilfield service company and Sonia was an experienced sales manager. They both decided to change their careers and move to the Hill Country. They specialize in Residential homes and investment property. Together they work to give their clients extra attention. They have a love of the Lord, church and family. Brandon and Sonia have a 6-year old daughter.

Nita acquired a Real Estate Salesman License in 1997 and her Accredited Staging Professional designation in 2007. Since 1974, she has been in some form of property management, most of which has been with condominiums, representing real estate investors. This experience gives her the expertise to look at properties on the market with a trained eye for problem areas which assist in both buying and selling residential and/or commercial. Nita is well known for her decorating ability which assists her in providing her clients with Staging services. Nita has been involved in the community since 1978, in the Christian Women’s Club, her church, Senior Games and Little League Programs. Nita has 3-adult children.

Pat Parker has been selling Kerrville & the surrounding areas 1 yard at a time for over 27 years. She specializes in 1st time homebuyers. Pat can also assist in finding financing best suited for her clients needs. She’s experienced in residential, building lots, new construction, commercial and default properties.

Vicki was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She came from a corporate background obtaining tremendous skills including discipline, leadership abilities and business savvy. Her greatest character traits can be described as principle, loyalty and honesty. Vicki left the corporate world, obtained her real estate license, and moved to Kerrville in 2002 to start her new career and to be close to her parents. She is active in the Kerrville Chamber of Commerce, the Republican Party and her church. In 2007, she completed her Accredited Staging Professional designation and is now assisting clients in Staging their homes. Vicki can also assist clients in obtaining investment properties.

Tom McComack has been matching buyers and sellers in the Texas Hill Country since 1994. He became a broker in 1996 and continues in full-time real estate services. His background is in building and ranch management. Tom is a graduate of the University of Texas with degrees in journalism and photography.

Tom is married, with two children and one grand daughter. He came to the Kerrville area in 1979. His current after hours activities include raising goats for the show market, hunting and church.
